Over the past few weeks we have successfully completed pilot activities with various users in the port community. In support of this effort, our trainers have been visiting various shipping agents across the corporate area, providing refresher training and helping them get started. Also, as of October 31, 2016, all shipping agents have begun submitting General Segment information to Customs via the PCS platform.
Overall, the feedback has been good so far and we continue to work with the community.
